About: My goal is to support families and adolescents through challenging times. Drawing from both my personal experiences and professional background, I am well-equipped to work with troubled and at-risk youth. My approach combines empathy, passion, and resourcefulness, with a focus on using assessments and conversations to guide my practice. I believe in bringing a sense of calm and hope to families, and I am committed to persevering even when they feel hopeless. Together, we can navigate these difficulties and find a path forward.
Education: Ms.Cooper, has spent the majority of her career working with adolescent troubled youth and coaching families. She specializes in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). She holds an undergraduate degree from Albertus Magnus in Communications. She earned her Master’s Degree from University of New Haven in Special Education with a concentration in troubled youth.
