HOME BASED ABA SUPPORT

Listed below are some of the basic details, further information can be found in more detail in your parent handbook.

 

CANCELLATIONS
ABA Beginnings reserves the right to cancel or modify sessions and ABA teachers. You will be notified by phone or email if this occurs. If the session is canceled by ABA Beginnings, there will be a make up at no extra charge. When a child misses a session, no make up is required. The ABA teacher can reserve the right to reschedule the session per their schedule.

 

MAKE-UPS and SWITCHING
Make-ups are subject to availability to be used within the same month of the absence. Make-ups need to be scheduled at least 48 hours in advance and can be accommodated in sessions when make-up spots are available. Scheduled make-up sessions must be cancelled 24 hours prior to session. Make-ups do not carry over from previous months.  Families may work with the ABA teachers to switch times (if available in ABA Teacher's schedule).  

 

WAIT-LISTS
Wait-lists will be notified of openings in program through email and phone. Your name will be removed from a wait-list if you decline an open spot or if you do not respond to the notification.

 

CANCELLATION FEE

A $50 cancellation fee will be applied if session is canceled less than 3 hours before the scheduled session.

 

PHOTOS & VIDEOS
I agree to allow ABA Beginnings to use photos and video taken of my family for archival, and observational purposes of individuals in the program, HIPPA friendly. 

 

INSURANCE BILLING

All individuals that are using insurance for ABA therapy are responsible for deductible, co-insurance and co-payments.  I agree to allowing ABA Beginnings to use a third-party insurance biller.
